Patty graduated from the Hearing Aid Practitioners program at MacEwan University in 2000. She also completed her Audiometric Technician course, allowing her to perform hearing screenings for government employees.
Patty first entered the hearing care industry after witnessing the struggles her grandmother experienced with hearing loss. Seeing how hearing difficulties affected her grandmother inspired Patty to dedicate her career to helping others reconnect with the people and sounds that matter most.
She understands firsthand how hearing loss can lead to frustration and isolation. Her passion is helping individuals manage their hearing loss through compassionate care and personalized hearing solutions.
